My last craft fair was a lovely one, held in the super cute hall of St Columbus by the Castle with lots of talented vendors including Cakes by Lyndsey.

They're so talented! Such vibrant colours and intricate designs! I've been looking at foood colouring recently for cupcakes and I'd love to be able to create such bold designs as this but my knowledge is lacking. I don't think supermarket varieties will cut the mustard really lol
